168ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "168ph", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 168ph platform, its operators, affiliates, licensees, and authorised representatives operating the website at 168ph.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 168ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 168ph registration process.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the 168ph website, mobile applications, games, betting markets, promotional tools, and all associated services.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held within a Player's 168ph Account, inclusive of deposited funds and any bonus credits where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 168ph. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 168ph Account. Access to and use of the 168ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register administered by 168ph or any applicable regulatory body.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

168ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, 168ph may restrict or terminate Account access pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 168ph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

168ph will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 168ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you report a suspected security breach to 168ph. Upon notification, 168ph will investigate and may temporarily suspend Account access while the matter is reviewed.

All financial transactions on the 168ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods available to individual accounts may vary based on verification status and account history.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts using GCash or Maya typically receive funds within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Source of Funds: Funds deposited into your 168ph Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Currency Conversion: 168ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in PHP.

168ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

168ph periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, and other incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus Funds and cash funds may be treated as separate balances within your Account. Withdrawals may only be processed from the cash balance; Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. 168ph reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• The claiming of bonuses through multiple Accounts, use of third-party funds, or any form of collusion for the purpose of bonus exploitation will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 168ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already actively being wagered under the prior terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with active Bonus Funds. Exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in the forfeiture of bonus eligibility.

Each game and betting market available on the 168ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These specific rules supplement, and must be read together with, these Terms & Conditions.

All bets placed on 168ph are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market selections before confirming a wager. 168ph does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where the Platform has experienced a verifiable technical error that materially affected the bet.

In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, 168ph will apply the relevant game-specific or sport-specific settlement rules. Where no specific rule covers the situation, 168ph's decision on settlement shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 168ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, access account features, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions — including placing bets after the outcome of an event is known.
• Participating in any scheme intended to launder money or process illicit funds through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 168ph Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 168ph staff or other Players.

168ph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, accessible directly through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

Unauthorised use of 168ph intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

Third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and software providers. 168ph holds valid licences to operate such content; no licence or right to use third-party content is transferred to Players by virtue of gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 168ph shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details that are subject to change without notice.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 168ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your 168ph Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute relating to its existence, validity, termination, or the consequences of its nullity — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
